The room was clean and a good size for a city hotel. i appreciated the little extras like the toothbrush and toothpaste (i almost forgot mine!). the location was really convenient. I could walk to many places i wanted to visit.
the street noise was quite noticeable even on a higher floor. i found it a bit difficult to sleep soundly sometimes.

the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options and was very fresh. i particularly enjoyed the pastries and the fresh fruit selection. the coffee machine worked quickly and had multiple options.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful with directions. check-in was quick and efficient. They explained all the facilities clearly. they promptly addressed a minor issue with the air conditioning.

my room included a kettle, a fridge, and a hairdryer for convenience. the bed was large with clean, crisp linen. the bathroom had good lighting and provided plenty of towels.

The location was very convenient for exploring. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the market, which allowed me to easily grab breakfast. I also found it easy to walk to many attractions from the hotel, saving time and transportation costs.
The gym lacked service towels.

The location is very convenient, near the Mercat Central. The staff was friendly and they answered my requests quickly.
The toilet was outdated. The room smelled strongly of cleaning products upon my arrival, so I needed to ventilate it.
